How to register or mail controlled copies?

Controlled copies be printed directly from the software or sent by mail. 
  1. Enter the "System Settings" identified with a gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the "Document Catalog," where you'll see a list of all currently registered documents.
  3. Click on the "actions" button on the document you want to print and register as a controlled copy, and select "controlled copies."
  4. At the bottom, register all the users to whom you are going to distribute a controlled copy and you have 2 options to do so:
    1. Deliver in physical form: Click on "print document" so you can download it in PDF and deliver it, at the end click on "save and exit" to record those deliveries.
    2. Send by mail: After you have registered the users and comments, activate the box on the left that says "send by mail" and click on "save and exit" so that PDF copy is sent to all those chosen to their emails and they are registered in the controlled copies report.
Notes
To update a controlled copy when a document's revision has changed you must delete the user's copy and re-register it.
If you have a watermark set up, your document will have the watermark on all of its pages, whether printed or mailed.
