How to register findings in an audit?

It is only available for audits that have not been marked with the option "Use checklist"
- Enter the "Internal Audits" module from the left sidebar.
- Click on the "Run audit" button in the process flow.
- A list will appear with all planned audits.
- Click on the "actions" button of the corresponding audit and select "Raise finding".
- Enter all the finding information and select the affected process, (it will autocomplete with the information of the person responsible for this process), add the standard and the requirement to which this finding belongs.
- Click on "Send to follow up"; an email will be sent to notify to the person in charge and continue with the flow process.

The "type" can be edited from the dropdown lists.
You can customize the standard and requirements from the drop-down lists.
