How to register a complaint?
Enter the "Complaints" module from the left sidebar.
Click on the "Register Complaint" button in the process flow.
Enter all the complaint information, select the affected clien, and a responsible person for its follow-up.
Click "Send", and an email will be sent to notify the responsible person and continue with the flow process.
