How to send a customer satisfaction survey by email?

  1. Enter the “Customer Satisfaction” module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the “Send by email” button at the top of the process flow.
  3. Select the quality manager who will review the evaluation.
  4. Choose the customers who should answer the survey.
  5. Select form you will use for evaluation.
  6. Click on the "Send" button, an email will be sent to all selected customers inviting them to answer the survey with the link to enter.
The questions will vary depending on the evaluation you have chosen to send.
Customers will only have access to the system screen where they can respond to the survey.
