How to send a customer satisfaction survey by email?

How to send a customer satisfaction survey by email?

1- Enter the "Customer Satisfaction" module from the left sidebar.

2- Click on the "Send by Mail" button at the top of the process flow.

3- Select the quality manager who will review the evaluation.
The information should change according to the selected user.

4- Select the customers who must answer the survey.

5- Select the form that you will evaluate according to the type of customers.
The concepts will change according to the chosen form.

6- Click on the "Send" button, an email will be sent to all selected customers inviting them to answer the survey with the link to enter.


Customers will only have access to the system screen where they can answer the survey.
