How to create/modify evaluations in the customer satisfaction module?

How to create/modify evaluations in the customer satisfaction module?

  1. Enter the “System Settings”, identified by a gear icon at the top right corner.
  2. Click on the “Drop-down lists” button and scroll to the “Customer Satisfaction” module.
  3. Click on “Evaluation”, where you´ll see a list of all evaluations currently set up. You can delete them or click on each one to view or edit its information.
  4. To add a new one, click on “New”, name the new evaluation, and add the questions you need for each evaluation.

You can create different evaluations based on the type of customer.
The forms will appear on the “Perform Evaluation” screen.
