How to take actions and close an evaluation of customer satisfaction?

  1. Enter the “Customer Satisfaction” module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the “Take Actions” button in the process flow.
  3. A list will appear with all the evaluations pending actions, click on the “Actions” and “Details” button for the evaluation you want to take actions.
  4. The evaluations details and its score will appear. Complete the information about the corrective actions take and attach any necessary annexes.
  5. Once you’ve completed the information, click on the “Close” button. This will close the evaluation and an email will be sent to the evaluator to inform them.
You can directly access the task from the notification panel by clicking on it.
Attachments can be files of any type.
If you click on the “Save and exit” button, only the information will be saved, but the evaluation will not be closed.
