How to perform an evaluation of customer satisfaction?

  1. Enter the “Customer Satisfaction” module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the “Perform evaluation” button in the process flow.
  3. Select the client that will evaluate their satisfaction, as well as the quality manager who will review the evaluation.
  4. Choose the form you will use for evaluation according to the type of client.
  5. Enter general comments on the evaluation and indicate the score for each question.
  6. Click on the “Send to review” button and an email will be sent to the quality manager to continue the flow process.

The questions of the evaluation will change depending on the one you have chosen.
You can modify and create evaluations from the drop-down lists.
