How to follow up on complaints?

  1. Enter the "Complaints" module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Follow-up complaint" button in the process flow.
  3. A list will appear with all the complaints you have to follow up, click on the "actions" button and "details" for the complaint you want to track.
  4. Complete the follow-up information  of the complaint and attach any necessary annexes.
  5. Click on the "Send to  review" button, an email will be sent to the user who filed the complaint to continue with the flow process.
You can also access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.
Annexes can be files of any type.
If you click on the "Save and Exit" button, only the information will be saved, but the process will not proceed to the next step.
