How to configure follow-up emails?
Follow up emails serve to remind users of pending activities.
- Enter the "System Settings" by clicking on the gear icon located in the top right corner.
- Enter the "Follow-up Emails" tab, where you'll see the configuration of follow-up emails for each module.
- Select the module you want to configure by clicking on the "Select a Module" button.
- The available options for the selected module will appear; configure the delay days for sending the first follow-up email for overdue activities, as well as the frequency of subsequent emails.
- Indicate the user to whom an escalation email will be sent and the days that must pass after the activity has expired.

You must fill in all the fields of the configuration so that the follow up emails work correctly.
