How to close the complaints?

  1. Enter the "Complaints" module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Review Actions of Complaint" button in the process flow.
  3. A list with all the complaints you have to review will appear, click on the "actions" and "details" button for the complaint you want to review.
  4. Analyze all the complaint information and its annexes, enter the information referring to the general review of the complaint.
  5. Select if  you accept or reject the complaint by clicking on the corresponding button.
You can also access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it
If you accept it, the complaint is closed, and an email is sent to the responsible person to inform them.
If you reject it, the complaint returns to the follow-up stage, and an email is sent to the responsible person to inform them.
