How to review the record of my documents?

How to review the record of my documents?

  1. Enter the "System Configuration", identified by a gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the  "Document Catalog".
  3. Identify the document you wish to review and click on "actions".
  4. Enter the "record" option where you will find a list of all version changes made to this document.
  5. If you want to see more details of the document or download the obsolete version, click again on the "actions" button and select "details".

A record will only be generated if changes are made through the document control module's change flow.
