How to review the evaluation of the KPI's?

1. Enter the “KPI's” module from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Review KPI’s” button in the process flow.
3. You´ll see a list of all records pending review, click on “Actions” and then “Details” for the one you want to reviw.
4. Analyze all the values reached by each indicator.
5. Check the “Take actions” checkbox for any indicator you believe needs follow-up.
6. Click “Send” to save the information.
   

You can access the task directly from the notifications panel by clicking on it.

You can modify the values if necessary in case of any errors.

If the indicator does not reach the minimum goal, the “Take Action” checkbox will be automatically selected.
