How to follow up on a finding in an audit?

1. Enter the "Internal Audits" module from the left sidebar.
   
2. Click on the "Findings Follow-up" button in the process flow.
3. A list will appear with all the findings that you have to follow-up; click on “Actions" button and "Details" for the one you want to follow up on.
4. Provide additional information on the follow-up of the corrective action taken and attach any necessary annexes.
5. Click on the "Send for review" button, an email will be sent to the user who took the corrective action to continue with the process flow.
   

You can access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.

The annexes can be files on any type.

If you click on the "Save and exit" button, only the information will be saved, but the process will not be continued to the next step.
