How to take actions for opportunities?

1. Enter the “Opportunity Management” module from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Take actions” button of the process flow
3. A list will be appear with all the opportunities you need to address. Click on the "Actions” and “Details” buttons for the opportunity you want to follow up on.
4. Complete the benefits evaluation.
5. Click on the “Send to review”, an email will be sent to review the corrective actions taken in the next step.
   

You can access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it. Attachments can be files of any type. 

If you click the 'Save and Exit' button, only the information will be saved, but the process will not proceed to the next step. 

The 'benefits evaluation' can be created or edited from the drop down lists.
