How to review the actions of opportunities?
1- Enter the module "Opportunities Management" from the left sidebar.
2- Click on the "Review Actions" button of the process flow.
You can access directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.
3- A list will appear with all the actions that you have to review, click on the "Details" button in which you want to review.
4- Analyze all the information of the action and its annexes, enter the information referring to the effectiveness of the corrective action.
5- Select if you accept or reject the corrective action by clicking on the corresponding button.
If you accept it, the action is closed and an email is sent to the person in charge to inform.
If you reject the action returns to the follow-up stage and an email is sent to the person in charge to inform.
