Scheduled reviews allow the system to send a notification to the developer indicating that the document needs to be updated.
  1. Enter the "System Settings" identified with a gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the "Document Catalog," where you'll see a list of all currently registered documents; you can delete them and access each one to view or edit its information.
  3. Enter the document you want to configure scheduled revisions by clicking on the "actions" button and then "edit."
  4. Select the "scheduled revisions" checkbox, and the necessary fields for configuration will be displayed.
  5. Indicate the number of months the document will be valid each time it is updated in the "revision every months" field.
  6. Enter the expiration date of the document. This date should only be indicated once, and the system will update it every time the document is updated by adding the number of months indicated in the previous step and click on "Save."

The developers can view a summary of the validity status of their documents by clicking on the "Scheduled Reviews" button within the "Control of Documents" module.
