How to configure scheduled maintenance and calibrations?

Scheduled maintenance and calibrations are used by the system to send a notification to the person in charge of the equipment indicating that the equipment needs maintenance or calibration.

1. Enter "System Settings," identified by a gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Access the "Equipment catalog" to view a list of all registered equipment. Here, you can delete items, view individual details, or make edits.
3. Select the equipment for which you want to configure scheduled maintenance or calibrations by clicking on the "Actions" button and then "Edit."
4. Check the box for "Scheduled maintenance." This will reveal the necessary fields for configuration.
5. Enter the frequency (number) and choose whether it will be in days or months. Input the date of the next scheduled maintenance. This date should only be indicated once, and the system will update it each time maintenance or calibration is performed, adding the specified number of days or months.
6. Select the responsible person for scheduled maintenance, provide a title for identification, and a brief description. Finally, click on "save."

The person in charge can view a summary of the validity status of their equipment by clicking on the "Scheduled Maintenance" button within the "Maintenance and Calibrations" module.
