How to configure scheduled maintenance and calibrations?

Scheduled maintenance and calibrations are used by the system to send a notification to the person in charge of the equipment indicating that the equipment needs maintenance or calibration.

1- Enter the "Equipment Catalog" in the "System Configuration" menu.

2- Inside the "Equipment Catalog" you will see a list of all the equipment that are currently registered, you can delete them, enter each one to see their information or edit them.

3- Enter the equipment in which you want to configure the scheduled maintenance or calibrations by clicking on the "Actions" button and then on "Edit".

4- Select the "Scheduled maintenance" box, the necessary fields will be displayed to carry out the configuration.

5- Indicates the number of months that the maintenance or calibration will have as a frequency each time it's provided in the "Maintenance every months" field.

6- Enter the date on which maintenance or calibration must be provided, this date should only be indicated once and the system will update it each time maintenance or calibration is provided to the equipment, adding the number of months that were indicated in point previous..

The person in charge can view a summary of the validity status of their equipment by clicking on the "Scheduled Maintenance" button within the "Maintenance and Calibrations" module.
