How to review the analysis of quality risks?

1. Enter the “Quality Risk Management” module from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Review Analysis” button of the process flow.
3. A list will appear with all analyses pending your review. Click on the “Actions” and “Details” button for the analysis you want to review.
4. Review the risk value reached for each activity and decide whether to take action on any of the activities.
   
1. If you decide to take corrective actions, leave comments, check the “Address risk” checkbox and define a due date.
   
2. If you decide not to take any actions, leave your comments and don´t check the checkbox.
   
5. Click on “Send” and an email will be sent to the responsible, either for follow up the next step of the flow or to close the analysis.
   

You can access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it

You can modify the probability and magnitude values if necessary in case of any errors.

If you click “Save and exit”, only the information will be saved, but the process will not proceed to the next step.
