How to perform the quality risk analysis?

1. Enter the “Quality Risk Management” module from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Perform Analysis” button of the process flow.
3. A list will be appear with all pending requests for you to register. Click on the “Actions” and “Details” button for the request you want to follow up.
4. List the activities of the processes.
5. For each activity, indicate the possible events or situations that may prevent the achievement for the objectives of the activities or people involved in the process.
6. For each event, indicate the probability of threat and magnitude of damage by assigning a value from 1 to 4 according to the following table
7. Click on the "Send to review" button, an email will be sent to the user who requested the evaluation to continue with the flow process. 
   
   

      1 = Negligible (including None)

      2 = Low

      3 = Medium

      4 = High

You can access the task directly from the notification panel by clicking on it.

QUALITYWEB 360® calculates the risk by multiplying the probability by the magnitude.

Click on the ‘+’ button to add activities and on the ‘-’ button to delete them.
