How to request a maintenance?
Make sure you have registered the equipment in the "Equipment Catalog".
1- Enter the module "Infrastructure Maintenance" from the left sidebar.
2- Click on the button "Request maintenance" of the process flow.
3- Select the type of maintenance, the equipment that should receive the maintenance and the maintainer that will follow up.
The "Types of Maintenance" you can edit them from the drop-down lists.
4- Click on "Send" and an email will be sent to notify the maintainer and continue with the flow process.
