How to modify the concepts of supplier evaluations?

1. Enter to “System Settings” identified by a gear icon at the top right.
2. Access the “Drop-down lists” button and navigate to the “Supplier Evaluation” module.
3. Click on “Evaluation”, here you’ll wee a list of all the forms currently created. You can delete them, view their details or create new ones.
4. To create a new one, click on “New”, name the new form, and adds as many questions as you want to each form.

The forms will appear on the “Perform evaluation” screen.
