How to do the planning of an audit?

  1. Enter the "Internal Audits" module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Perform Planning" button in the process flow.
  3. A list will appear with all audits in the planning stage.
  4. To plan a new audit, click on "New."
  5. Enter all requested information and select the lead auditor.
  6. Make the audit agenda by selecting the process to be audited from the drop-down list and the person in charge auto-completes.
  7. Indicate the date and time of the audit and select the auditors who will carry out the audit of each process.
  8. Click on the "Send" button, and the agenda will be sent an email with the agenda to all those involved.

The lead auditor drop-down is linked to the auditor catalog.
If you want to carry out the audit through a checklist, check the "Use checklist" option.
The auditors come from the catalog of auditors.
You can edit the audit schedule if it does not yet have any non-conformities captured in the "Edit" option from the list of planned audits.
