How to convene a meeting?

  1. Enter the “Work meeting” module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the “Meeting announcement” button in the process flow.
  3. Enter all the meeting information and select the assistants.
  4. Click on “Send call” and an email will be sent to notify all involved informing them of the meeting.

Meet Now

  1. Enter the "Work Meeting" module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Meet now" button.
  3. Enter all the meeting information, assistants and the corresponding activities for each one. 
  4. Click on "Send to responsible" button, and an email will be sent to notify everyone involved that it is time to follow up on their activities.
Notes
You can edit the “Types of meetings” from the dropdown lists.
The organizer can edit the meeting if it doesn’t have any minutes captured in the “Edit meeting” button in the “Work Meetings” module.
