How to capture the minutes of a meeting?

1. Enter the "Work Meetings" module from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the “Capture Minutes” button in the process flow.
3. You will see a list of all meetings pending minutes caputre, click on the “Actions” and “Details” button for the meeting you want to add minutes to.
4. Select each responsible person, enter the activity they must perform, and the commitment date to complete it.
5. Click on the “Send to Responsible” button, an email  will be sent to users with activities to continue the process flow.

You can also add or remove attendees.

You can print the minutes by clicking on the “Print” button.
