How to add profiles?

Profiles help you to configure permissions that can be assigned to different users individually or en masse.
  1. Enter the "System Settings" by clicking on the gear icon located in the top right corner.
  2. Go to the "Profiles" tab. Here, you'll see a list of all profiles currently registered; you can delete them and access each one to view or edit them.
  3. To add a new one, click on "New."
  4. Enter the name of the profile according to the identification you want to give it.
  5. Select all the permissions you want users with this profile to have.
  6. Choose the users to whom you want to assign these permissions.
  7. Click on "Save," and all selected users will have the permissions defined in the created profile.
You can assign a profile directly to a user by editing the user from the "User Catalog."
