How to add clients?

The clients catalog is used for the Customer Satisfaction and Complaints modules.
  1. Enter the “System Settings”, identified with a gear icon at the top right.
  2. Enter the "Customer Catalog", where you will see a list of all currently registered customers. You can delete them, enter each one to view or edit their information.
  3. To add a new one, click on "New".
  4. Enter all the customer information.
  5. Click on "Save", and the customer will be registered in QUALITYWEB 360®.
