How to perform an evaluation of customer satisfaction?
This evaluation will be carried out according to the answers that the client provides.
1- Enter the module "Customer Satisfaction" from the left sidebar.
2- Click on the button "Perform Evaluation" of the process flow.
3- Select the client that will evaluate your satisfaction as well as the quality manager that will review the evaluation.
The information must change according to the client and selected user.
4- Select the form that you will evaluate according to the type of client.
The concepts will change according to the chosen form.
5- Enter general comments of the evaluation and indicate the score of each concept.
You can modify the "Forms" from the drop-down lists.
6- Click on the "Send to Review" button, an email will be sent to the quality manager to continue with the flow process.
