How to upload full records to Records Store?

There are 2 ways to upload full records to the records store, in both cases you must have the relevant permission active.
Upload records directly from the Records Store
- Enter the "Records Store" on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the process to which the record belongs, choose the record and click "upload."
- Fill out the information requested by the upload and add the file, you can add more than 1 file at a time, just click the "+" button.
- At the end, click "save".
Uploading records from the Documentary viewer

The format must be created online directly in QUALITYWEB 360®
- Enter the "Documentary Viewer" on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the process to which the document belongs, choose the type of document and click on the "original" icon so that the document opens and you can fill out the corresponding information.
- Click the button below that says "Save to record storage."
- Fill out the extra information it asks for and click on "preview."
- At the end, click "save".
