How to select the candidates?

  1. Enter the "Staff Request" module from the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the "Select candidates" button in the process flow.
  3. A list will appear with all the requisitions pending selection, click on the "actions" button and "details" on the one you want to select.
  4. The requisition detail will appear and you can download the job description to complement the job requirements.
  5. Interview and analyze the information of each candidate, noting comments for each one.
  6. You will have 2 options for each candidate: one (x) to reject and one (✔) to accept. In either case, a window will open for you to leave your comments and send them to the HR departmet.
  7. After selecting one of the options above, click "send". An email will be sent to notify the HR manager to proceed with the hiring or add more candidates, as appropriate.
You can access the task directly  from the notifications panel by clicking on it
If you click on the "Save and exit" button, only the information will be saved but the process will not continue to the next step.
