How to schedule training calendars?
- Enter the "Training" module from the left sidebar.
- Go to the "Training Calendar" tab. Here you will see a list of all the already scheduled calendars and you can view the details of each training by clicking on the "Actions" button and then "Trainings".
- To create a new one, click on the "New" button and enter the required information.
- Click on "Save and Exit".
- To add a training to a calendar, click on "Actions" and "Trainings", then click on "New" and enter the required information.
- Select all attendees for that training and the person who will evaluate them, then click on "Save and Exit".
- Once you have entered all the trainings for this calendar, click on "Send" at the bottom of the page to start the calendar. An email will be sent to all attendees to notify them of their upcoming training.

If you don't click on "Send", they will remain as drafts and the process will not be initiated.
You can edit the trainings as long as no attendee has evaluated the effectiveness of the training taken.
