How to create user, supplier and customer files?

To create a catalog of user, supplier or customer files, you need to have the relevant permission enables and your catalog of users, suppliers or customers loaded.
- Enter to "system configuration" by clicking on the gear ico located in the upper-right corner.
- Enter to "files" tab and select the catalog you want to create (users, suppliers or customers).
- You will see the list of entries created for the catalog. Click the "actions" button and then "edit".
- Click the "+Add" button to attach the documents you need to include in the file.
- Click "save" and the file for that user, supplier or customer will be created.
- Repeat these steps for the entire list.

The "details" button allows you to view the information of the user, supplier or customer, as well as the documents associated with each one.
